prep time does not include time spent prepping/ repacking food prior to trip
cooking time and water content will vary with altitude, ambient temperature
all data is relative. None of these recipes are tasty by five-star restaurant standards, nor are any of them hard to make in your kitchen
servings are big, as well as somewhat erraticly sized
errors, especially for nutritional information, abound
many amounts, times, etc. are approximate, estimated, or the product of vague memories
